Mr. McGuire has more than 29 years of experience managing large, multi-task programs, including over 27 years of hands-on field and project management experience on Hazardous, Toxic, and Radioactive Waste (HTRW) and Military Munition Response Program (MMRP) fixed price, cost-reimbursable, and turnkey projects involving site characterization, Remedial Investigation/Feasibility Study (RI/FS), remedial design and engineering, remedial construction actions, decontamination and demolition, and design-build civil projects. Mr. McGuire is experienced in achieving project goals through successful project planning, timely execution, cost and schedule monitoring, risk management, and resource allocation and management Demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage multiple complex projects to successful completion.
Mr. McGuire is a recognized Project Management Professional as offered by the Project Management Institute. Work managed includes several major commercial and government contracts, including indefinite delivery order contracts through the Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC), U.S. Navy Southwest Division (SWDIV) and Atlantic Division (LANTDIV), U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) in Huntsville and Omaha, and Engineering Design for the Sacramento District, and for the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, as well as commercial clients.
Mr. Schwartz is a highly accomplished visionary with twenty (20) years experience in all aspects of environmental abatement, site demolition, site remediation and restoration projects. Additionally, he has an additional eight years associated with the Canadian oil & gas industry. Mr. Schwartz is a results oriented, decisive leader with proven success in project identification, strategic thinking, environmental abatement, regulations, project risk and problem solving. Proven track record of successfully developing very challenging or impacted property types associated with contaminated land, hospitals (asbestos/lead/biohazards), former plant/factory sites, impacted residential development and office buildings. Tendency to thrive in dynamic and fluid environments while remaining focused and performance driven.
Following his departure of the Canadian Oil & gas industry, Mr. Schwartz has gained invaluable experience in the environmental engineering/consulting field, specializing in impacted surface and subsurface commercial property. Mr. Schwartz has significant expertise understanding, implementing and discussing/negotiating regulations associated with development.
A native of Benicia, California Patrick McGuire retired from the U.S. Army as a Master Sergeant, serving over 14 years on active duty. He was assigned to the 82nd Airborne Division at Fort Bragg, North Carolina where first deployed to Afghanistan in July of 2002, and to Iraq in August of 2003. In December of 2005, Patrick was assigned to the Ranger Training Brigade where he served as a Ranger Instructor at the 5th Ranger Training Battalion in Dahlonega, Georgia.
In August of 2007, Patrick assessed and was selected for service to the 75th Ranger Regiment where he was assigned to 2nd Ranger Battalion, located at Fort Lewis, Washington. While assigned to 2nd Ranger Battalion, he deployed an additional six times in support of the Global War on Terror and held positions as a Squad Leader, Air Operations Sergeant, and Platoon Sergeant.
Following his assignment to 2nd Ranger Battalion, Patrick and his family moved to Fort Benning, Georgia in October of 2013 where he was assigned to the Regimental Special Troops Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment. He served as the senior manager of the units Pre-Ranger program and as a Operations Sergeant before being medically retired in November of 2015.
